Went in for unscheduled appointment after low brake fluid indicator came on and was taken care of immediately. Filled fluid and checked for leaks. I put a deposit down , realized what a mistake I made, the next morning I asked for the deposit back and was assured or would happen. It didn't. I called and they assured it would happen. It didn't. I called again to be assured that it would happen. It didn't. I called the corporate office and they had no idea who I should talk to. Said someone would call me back. They didn't. Reached out to the original manager and said that he didn't realize it wasn't done. Almost a month later. Place sucks. More

Purchased a Certified 2021 Hyundai Sonata recently. I phoned a few days after purchase to schedule pick up because I did not hear from the sales person. Pick up scheduled for 2 days following - I con I phoned a few days after purchase to schedule pick up because I did not hear from the sales person. Pick up scheduled for 2 days following - I confirmed that morning - informed the car was ready. Arrived and had to wait 4 hours as this was not the case. Sales person out so interacted with sales manager, Devon. Noticed some areas with scratches which were not apparent at the time of purchase. Devon said the paint shop could touch up the areas. This would have to be done on another day since the paint person was not available. He was to contact me the following day to arrange a date. Empty, empty words ..... no follow through ..... never received a call. I waited a few days and phoned .... left him a voicemail to contact me with no response received. Unfortunately, a simple request to satisfy a customer ended with these negative comments. Not a great place to do business with if you have an issue. More
