I was pleased that I was called to set up an appointment to take care of the recalls on my Odyssey. However, I was disappointed to find that my infant car seat and toddler booster seat had been removed and to take care of the recalls on my Odyssey. However, I was disappointed to find that my infant car seat and toddler booster seat had been removed and not reinstalled AND I wasn't even told that had happened. I got in the car and had to hit the brakes hard in the parking lot when someone ran a Stop sign and that's when I realized the carseat wasn't attached. When I asked to have it reinstalled, I was told they couldn't due to liability. I had no idea how to reinstall the car seat as my daughter had put it in for me. Thankfully I was able to get to my daughters before I had to put the baby in my car! In the future, I suggest that you have the owners remove the carseats if you aren't going to reinstall them (I was in the waiting room the whole time). Had I uninstalled it, I would have known how to reinstall it. I also found that my headlights had been changed from "auto" to off, again I wasn't told that was done. Found that out when I was driving at night. Overall I was pleased with the promptness of getting me in and out at Boch Honda, but I was greatly disappointed at the lack of communication regarding these issues. Especially as I consider them safety issues. More
