Cost of oil change for Honda Accord at $80 is crazy expensive and when I asked why it’s so expensive no one could explain. (When I take my Subaru to the dealer it costs less than $40) Then having an expensive and when I asked why it’s so expensive no one could explain. (When I take my Subaru to the dealer it costs less than $40) Then having an up charge for credit cards is crazy! Not loving that and of course no one lets you know when you make your apt. Then making the apt is always difficult since it is thru another location and they never check the Westford location info! It’s frustrating Service Dept is variable David Lamb is the guy I try to always see since he is super knowledgeable ( you are fortunate to have him -he is outstanding On the flip side Amanda Grey is terrible and I would never return if she were the only manager there She is not knowledgeable and the danger is that she presents as if she is in the know. More
Happy with service, but generally very slow and definitely too expensive. The costs associated with repairs are consistently 1/3 or more higher than our local respected auto repair garage. Employees are very nice but extra charge for using debit card without any notice is a rip-off. Like any other business they can afford to absorb the 3 per cent fee. It is becoming very expensive. I always trusted Honda Boch to do the service on my Honda CR-V, but prices are becoming impractical, better look for other service shops. Sorry. The service was fantastic and quick. However, when I went to pay my bill, I learned of a 3% fee to pay by credit card. My bill was over $1500 and I don’t carry that kind of cash on me. No one told me of this to pay my bill, I learned of a 3% fee to pay by credit card. My bill was over $1500 and I don’t carry that kind of cash on me. No one told me of this fee prior to the service and I was very unhappy by the surprise. All other customers in the waiting area expressed similar displeasure. This is a very dishonest business practice and I’m frankly surprised that a reputable business like boch Honda west would engage in such questionable tactics. More

I found the service good but when I went to pay l was told there was a 3 percent charge for using a credit card. The bill was $88 and I usually do not carry that much cash. For my last two oil changes I specifically asked that they not overfill by 2018 crv. It normally takes 3.7qt. Both times they put in 5. Even says it on the bill. And while my crv does not suffer from the infamous oil dilution issue, and while 1+qt over is not an issue in this engine, there's clearly a lack of care or attention to detail. I will not be returning to Boch Honda West. Two strikes and they are out. If they can't even do oil right it's difficult to trust them with anything. The service advisor however was good to work with. More
