EXCEPTIONAL, and I do mean EXCEPTIONAL, service! I give David Lamb at Boch Honda West 1000 STARS for the help he gave us and my 19-year-old son, whose car broke down enroute from Philadelphia. We were in a quandary since it was a Saturday afternoon, and parts wouldn't be available until Wednesday. David did offer to check with the junk yard on Monday to get the tire rim 2 days earlier. David was on the phone with me numerous times, and helped me enormously by looking up and giving me information on nearby hotels, campgrounds, and the train, so that we could figure out the best plan for lodging and/or transit for my son (who was in MA while we were in PA!). David reassured me that he wouldn't leave my son hanging, and that he'd make sure my son got to where he needed to go. WOW!!! Just incredibly heartwarming to meet a man like David. The situation could've been so different. He told me that customers have followed him around when he has changed jobs, and I can absolutely see why! What a great guy!!! More

It is always easy to schedule a servic appt. online, and I can often bring the car in the same day, or on a weekend, including Sundays. When I do bring my car in, I never feel like anyone is trying to sell me parts or services I don't need (and I'm a woman, so I'm always concerned about that). If all the car needs is a very minor fix, that's what they do - and sometimes they don't even charge. Everyone is super friendly and the waiting area is very comfortable and clean, with workstations where you can plug in and get some work done while you are waiting. If you can't wait, or don't want to, they will drop you off and pick you up. I highly recommend them. At the bottom of this review, this form asks me to choose the one person who was most responsive to my needs. I think both Corey and Dave have been, but I wasn't able to choose them both. More

It's nice that you can use the shuttle to go shopping or walk to nearby shops. Fair prices and they have rentals on site and truly for me hassle free. 1 Negative interaction - not what customer service should be I usually have a good experience in this location and I dont want to post a negative review. However the interaction that I had with Cassandra was hor I usually have a good experience in this location and I dont want to post a negative review. However the interaction that I had with Cassandra was horrible. I would rather drive a few miles and take my business to some other Honda dealership. Folks at Boch Honda needs to train Cassandra on how to communicate and provide customer service otherwise you will lose a lot of customers like me. Thanks More
No pressure and sales to service the people are nice I got a great price on a 2015 Accord Sport from a different dealer and Boch Honda West matched it . Dealership is close to where I live and having the service center open on weekends is really ideal for me. The salesperson I worked with was really nice as are the service people. Although most of the service people are nice they recently tried to rip off my wife. She had a flat rear tire in her 2007 Accord. I brought the car in to the service department take a look at the tire and plug the tire if necessary. They came back saying there were two nails in the tire . One of the holes they could plug the other was too close to the sidewall so they couldn't plug it and they recommended a new tire. Two choices...one tire cost $150 and the other one cost $180. I asked them to put on the $150 tire but they put on the more expensive one as they only had that one but only charged me for lower cost tire. Two weeks later the same right rear tire was flat. My wife brought the car on and they told her the same story they gave me but a new tire would cost $270...something like that! She said No and they put the spare on. We brought the car to the local large and they examined the tire, plugged it and no charge! Two weeks later the tire has not lost any air and is fine. Now I wonder if that first tire was truly unfixable? The other issue is that since I bought my 2015 Accord Sport I have had continuous issues with the blue tooth and pairing with my I phone. Every time I bring it in they can't find anything wrong with it and as I drive away...bingo the blue tooth/phone paring doesn't work. Also the rear seat release stopped working and their fix was to push the seat down with my snow brush after releasing the pull lever....kinda Micky Mouse in my opinion. Last comment was at 39,000 miles I noticed a hole in the drivers floor mat. They told me that it was past warranty and that was normal wear and tear! 3000 highway miles past and no help. A replacement set would only cost me $490 or so dollars at the dealership. More

Excellence service I came to this dealership to have my old car serviced and inspected. Upon inspection my car needed an expensive part in order to pass. The service advisor (Steve) and his manager were wonderful in helping to see what could be done if the part was under warranty or reduce the price. In carefully reviewing my options I decided to look at the new and pre owned vehicles. In the end I decided the best choice was to purchase a new vehicle, since I was looking to trade in my old Honda Civic for a new Honda Accord this year! When it came to choosing a new vehicle Susan was wonderful! I was able to let her know the type of vehicle I would like to purchase and the monthly price. When Susan brought the car over to test drive it, I knew right away that was my car and the color I wanted! Susan, the general manager and finance made sure it happened and very quickly! Within a day my new vehicle was all set and couldn't be happier! I've always wanted the Honda Accord, since I could drive and the staff at the dealership made sure my dream came true! Thank you to Steve, his manager, Susan in sales, Bob in finance and Brian the general manager for everything! My new car is wonderful and couldn't be happier! Everyone loves the new car and think it's very sharp looking! I would highly recommend this dealership and staff to anyone that is looking for a new or pre owned vehicle! Thank you again! My concerns, and the reason why I am not giving 5 stars: I was subject to what I call "upselling" - for air filters I had purchased on my last visit. If you are going to try to sell me more service than I schedule, as least check my car history. Also, no snacks, no vending ... the VW dealer gives us free chips and popcorn in the waiting room. More
