Something they don’t tell you In January of 2016; I spent $26;000 on a brand new 2016 HRV. Little did I know by Dec of 2016 my nightmare would begin. The battery in the car was d In January of 2016; I spent $26;000 on a brand new 2016 HRV. Little did I know by Dec of 2016 my nightmare would begin. The battery in the car was dead. Went to BOCH and they replaced it. In Jan of 2017 battery dead again. This time was told some type of rodents ate the battery harness and some wires and it needed to all be replaced. Car is just a year old so after much arguing Honda paid for the repair. Didn’t even get out of their driveway, all dashboard lights came back on...oh we must have forgotten to hook up one of the wires is what I got for an answer from a service guy. Oct of 2017 same scenario happens again. Rodents ate the wiring, although they claim “somebody’s” cut them. There are 2 harnesses in the car so the 2nd one now has to be replaced to the tune of $2100. There’s a lot more to the story but the bottom line is they don’t tell you as they’re ringing the bell for each new car sold is that all their cars have this soy based wiring which is like candy to any small critter and them eating the wiring will continue for as long as you own the car. They will try to charge you the$2100 each time for the repair using the excuse there is nothing they can do. Honda has a class action suit against them for this but refuses to do anything about it. Great Experience! We went in for a recall on our Accord and left with a brand new HR-V! The dealership worked with us as for as payments were considered. The best thing We went in for a recall on our Accord and left with a brand new HR-V! The dealership worked with us as for as payments were considered. The best thing was how they wanted to make sure that we would be happy with our new car! They went out of their way describing the car, editions, availability, and differences between the new car and our Accord. We weren't going to test drive but they insisted!! The entire process took a while but we were able to leave the dealership with our new car that same day which has never happened before! Adrian is the best salesman ever! He's so friendly, easy to talk to, and never pressuring us which was a huge factor in us using this dealership! More

When service associate come with initial estimate for 6 hours labor and he adjusted to labor for $400 which is 3.3 hours labor. I was watching may car from windows and technician done completely in 2 hours and he purposely held my car to justify the timing. Totally rip off.... More
