Always inviting, ready, and professional When I pulled in I was immediately asked what I needed help with. I had an appointment so Sam pulled up all the information. He made pleasant small talk and listened and answered all my questions. I needed the courtesy ride home and I can’t remember the young mans name- college student who normally only works Saturdays. He asked about the temperature in the vehicle and was great to talk to and the ride was comfortable and conversational. I always receive the highest level of service when I visit the facility. More

Overcharged and Underserved I have already relayed the following concerns to Boch but received no response whatsoever. At the end of a B service performed on my 15 Fit, the servi I have already relayed the following concerns to Boch but received no response whatsoever. At the end of a B service performed on my 15 Fit, the service rep came back with the technicians 14 point inspection The tech characterized my drive belt as cracked and rotted and requiring immediate replacement. She qualified that Boch did not have the belt in stock. I would need a separate appointment and would need to pay for the belt before they went about getting it. I confirmed the recommendation was to replace the alternator belt Part# 31110-5R0-003. I was charged over $75 for the part when list price is $45.95. Asking why I was being charged so much over list I was told it was because it was an OEM part. I was then steered into making a stand alone appointment the next day to replace the belt and was charged for a full hour of labor. This "repair" cost over $200 when I should have been properly advised to do it in conjunction with my next sevice and should not have been overcharged for the part. Frankly the experience left me feeling the service department lacks integrity. More
