Great experience buying a new vehicle from Mike N., very knowledgeable and friendly. Also everyone else I encountered from Sales, to Service, to Finance were all very helpful and friendly....even one guy i knowledgeable and friendly. Just okay Express lube and filter took 1:50....my expectation was 1/2 hour to 45 minutes with an appointment. Invoice had to be disputed as rate did match what Express lube and filter took 1:50....my expectation was 1/2 hour to 45 minutes with an appointment. Invoice had to be disputed as rate did match what was online. Charged was reduced however. Also extra non-stated fees were applied including waste disposal and credit card fee. More
