A great experience with a tough repair. I brought my 6 year old Honda Pilot in to be looked at on Friday 5/17 after my TCS, VTM-4, check emissions system light came on Thursday evening. I w I brought my 6 year old Honda Pilot in to be looked at on Friday 5/17 after my TCS, VTM-4, check emissions system light came on Thursday evening. I was dreading it as I had a sense this was bad! Garrett took my car in and assured me we’d have an answer by 9:30. I took the Boch Honda shuttle home to wait for Garrett’s call. He called me back by 9:00 saying that my car needed a large repair but it would be covered by Honda as it was a known problem with some 2013 Pilots. He kept me updated and told me he hoped they could get the piston rings installed and everything al set by Saturday. He called me Aatueday afternoon as promised with an update letting me know it wasn’t going as smooth as they hoped and my car would likely be there until Mon. He arranged a rental car for me at that time. He said he’d call me Monday with a new update but not to worry because I could keep the rental for the duration of my repair. Garret called again Mon as promised and said that my repair would be another day. They wanted to make sure they had enough time to thoroughly fix the problem. I told him i’d Rather them take their time and have plenty of time to get it fixed correctly. He texted me Tuesday to let me know my car would be ready in the afternoon. I picked my car up Tuesday evening and he went over the extensive repairs that were performed. Piston rings, spark plugs damaged by piston rings, oil change, coolant, etc. I am very happy that Honda took care of this repair. I want to have this pilot for a long time so my kids can start driving it next year when my oldest gets her license. Kudos to Honda and their great Employee Garrett who came through on every update and promise he made to me. I’m very happy with this service appointment and the outcome. More

Reliable and friendly service I brought the car in to have a defective part replaced. They fixed it in less time than expected, while I waited. The waiting room is big and subdivid I brought the car in to have a defective part replaced. They fixed it in less time than expected, while I waited. The waiting room is big and subdivided so it doesn't feel like the dmv. I can get a lot done while waiting for my car. I recommend them. More
Airbag recall & oil change Excellent service and pretty quick. No pressure to do more service but they did advise me to get a 100K service done. The waiting area is nice. It’s comfortable, clean with TVs and computer chairs, WiFi, coffee and vending. Everything was explained and we were done within the hour. More

Good friendly service I waited while the recall fix was done. Staff is friendly, tells you the wait time, and is transparent about costs up front. There's a TV wall but doesn't dominate the room. They found a defective part and recommended replacement while the car is still under warranty, saving me time and money later.
