My service guy, Dave, was a total professional. Sometimes the repair experience can be tough. You go in for an oil change and get a list of things that you didn’t know we’re wrong with your car! This happened to me recently; on top of that I didn’t have a lot of time to wait around for repairs. When I lost my cool, Dave stepped in and greased the wheels, so to speak, and got my car fixed in time to make my next appointment. He gave me a few discounts too, over $100 worth. More

First time customer - very happy! I went in for an inspection sticker on an Accord I had purchased at an out of state non-Honda dealership, for which I did not need an appointment. Tu I went in for an inspection sticker on an Accord I had purchased at an out of state non-Honda dealership, for which I did not need an appointment. Turned out there was a recall. The service advisor, Garrett, gave me an estimate of the time it would take, and kept me advised of the progress. Both the sticker and the recall were done in record time, ahead of the estimated time. Very efficient! More
