Helpful and Approachable Service Team I had a flat tyre and unfortunately no key was found in my car to get the tyres unlocked. Due to this i had to drive 10miles to Boch Honda for help. David was very welcoming and courteous, he checked me in even when i didn't had a appointment and helped me in getting my car fixed. Misleading I stopped in to schedule a replacement part to be put on. The service contact said all set. How about tomorrow. He never mentioned that it was for I stopped in to schedule a replacement part to be put on. The service contact said all set. How about tomorrow. He never mentioned that it was for an estimate. I thought I was simply getting the part installed. While it may be too much to expect that someone could order the exact piece that is missing when it was described clearly, it’s still helpful to explain that it was necessary to schedule an estimate. I came in and received my astronomical estimate. I was told the price for the part. It was $40 more than one nearby dealership and $100 more than another. I used to steer friends and family to Boch. I’m rethinking that going forward. Note: everyone was nice. It’s just what was never said and the price issue. Not sure if the names of the two guys. One was older. The other guy was maybe 30. Both nice. More
