6hr tire replacement I set up a service appt. a week and a half ahead of time. Explained I had a lease through the dealership with the tire and rim protection. Told the rep I had a damaged tire that would need to be replaced. Rep asked and was given tire info. I got to my 10am appt at 945. Service rep explained tire and rim protection service can take an hour to two which was fine. After an hour and a half, service rep came to the waiting room to let me know it would be at least another THREE hours because they didn't have the right tire. Had to leave to pick up my son from school and drive 40 minutes back again to have the tire finally replaced. Except now on the way home, it was rush hour and took over an hour an a half to get back. You stole my entire day for one tire...that's service!!! :-( More

Good service experience They offered hassle free warranty service on the same day I called. The wait time and results were just as outlined. Although the mechanic who checked my vehicle created a lengthy list of other items that weren't necessary at the moment, the service representative was completely understanding and polite when I said I would have that work done later by my own mechanic. Can’t get it right Not sure what is going on. My Honda Accord has 32k miles and I’ve got it serviced at the Boch Westford 4-5 times already. 1st visit was great and felt Not sure what is going on. My Honda Accord has 32k miles and I’ve got it serviced at the Boch Westford 4-5 times already. 1st visit was great and felt trustworthy but ever since then the service has dropped their game. Every time I leave the dealership after an oil change and tire rotation, my engine and tire indicator turns ON after driving off. At first I was nice about it and thought everyone makes mistakes, but this happens every service. There is nothing wrong with my car. Ive learnt how to reset the settings myself and I basically gave up. Last service they gave me a complementary oil change which was nice of them to do but my last visit, I was promised a $10 off coupon and never got it, my oil maintenance Code still states that I need to change my oil and filter, and I got a ridiculous estimate of getting new tires that cost $1200 which the numbers don’t add up. Tires alone cost $700, not sure how to increases to $1200. Must be the premier package. sorry guys but I can’t continue to bring my car to someone that I can’t rely on, it was great for me because I live 10 minutes away but i rather travel more to get the proper work done with no worries. More

They get the job done very well, but prices are ridiculously high. Be careful when purchasing service contracts here. My understanding was that the one I purchased would for 7 years from the time I bought my car, but it expired after only 4 years because the car was 3 years old at the time I purchased it. The Boch Honda employee at the time failed to make this clear to me. I would certainly not have purchased a service contract which was nearly half way to expiration. More
