when calling to make an appointment (service notice came up on dash) the lady who answered was so helpful and very courteous! I was immediately sent a confirmation notice. On the date of service, Paul in s up on dash) the lady who answered was so helpful and very courteous! I was immediately sent a confirmation notice. On the date of service, Paul in service was extremely helpful. Took the time checking me in, answering all my questions and then making sure I was comfortable during my wait. Paul notified me of what was needed and gave me the time to check with my husband. Overall I couldn’t have been more pleased with my service. More

Still waiting for someone from Honda to let me know the status of my car I was told would be ready today (amended from yesterday). I was told it would be ready in the morning. It is now near the end of the status of my car I was told would be ready today (amended from yesterday). I was told it would be ready in the morning. It is now near the end of the day with not even a courtesy call. This is very annoying and extremely likely this is the last time Honda sees me. I was thinking of a new Honda this summer. That will not happen here. More
