I went in for an inspection sticker and someone to look at my gate. They did a full inspection of the car and found out I needed a new tire rod. That was a big shock to me since I was just there 3 months a at my gate. They did a full inspection of the car and found out I needed a new tire rod. That was a big shock to me since I was just there 3 months ago and no one found this $700 problem. When I was there 3 months ago I received new brakes and rotors. This tire rod should have been caught the first time with the condition the rep made it sound like it was in. Finding out I now how a $700 bill makes you look very shady and untrustworthy. When I brought this up to the service rep she offered a free oil change. She couldn’t give an explanation of why this happened or why it wasn’t found the first time. A free oil change isn’t going to help this problem or help me want to use your service again. I plan on leaving a review on your website as well. It’s very disappointing for a dealership to have this kind of service. More
I feel like the service tech did not do a thorough analysis of the issues with my car I described when I dropped it off. Two of the three issues I reported and was told could not be replicated still analysis of the issues with my car I described when I dropped it off. Two of the three issues I reported and was told could not be replicated still exist. I was able to replicate the issues on my drive home. I’m disappointed because I normally have a good experience with the service team but this time I do not feel any effort was put into trueing to diagnose the issues my car currently has. More
