While I've owned a number of cars over the years, they had always been used cars from private owners and so I'd never worked with a dealer. The agent with whom I worked, Lance Fisher, was pleasant and engaging. While he presented me with all of the various options, he never pressured me when I rejected them. He showed a good deal of patience as I arranged for financing, for transportation, and my bringing around a friend to accompany me for a second visit prior to sealing the deal. The dealership itself is new, spacious and clean. The front desk greeter was pleasant and the process of arranging financing was amazingly quick and easy. I would definitely recommend both Lance Fisher, in particular, and Boch Honda West in general. More
