We bought our car from Dan Burns about a year ago. It was the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Dan had expertise in every aspect of the car and of all the options available. I think Dan could sell a car to anyone - he has such a versatile personality. Things were still a bit unorganized at Boch Honda West because they had opened in the last week - but all the employees made the buying experience very smooth. Boch aso gave us a very fair price for our trade in. We would definitely go back to Boch for service and for new cars in the future. Hopefully, we will be able to deal with Dan Burns again! More

(And if you're interested, we could tell you a few stories about a few dealerships whose ratings are much higher than those at Boch Honda West!) We got the car we wanted with a great trade-in at the price we were looking for. Our salesperson, Lance Fisher, was easygoing but efficient when it came to getting things done. When I was in the market for a new lease for myself, I went to Boch Honda West first and stuck with them because I trust them -- and once again they proved worthy of that trust by listening to me, keeping me informed about their search for the car I wanted, and then closing the deal by holding to the agreed upon terms. What else does anyone want or need in a car dealer, or any business transaction for that matter, but honesty, interest in the customer, and ability to get things done and done well. More

They had bottom line pricing i looked at 4 other dealerships for the same truck and they where 5,000.00 them what i was looking for and they got it.
