Me and my wife were interested in checking out the 2012 Honda CRV. We had gone to Bernardi Honda earlier that day and had an awful experience filled with high pressure sales techniquies and unflexible staf Honda CRV. After an hour of negotiating with the Bernardi folks it was obvious that they were unwilling to bend on prices or options and gave us a bottom line figure to basically take it or leave it, we left it. We then went to Boch Honda West and talked with Salesman Bob Pickup who was a breath of fresh air compared to the staff at Bernardi. Not only did Bob offer us a lower price than we had gotten from Bernardi, he did this without knowing we had even been to Bernardi. When we showed him the quote paperwork Bernardi had printed out he was appauled and took it to his sales manager who then lowered the price ANOTHER thousand dollars just because we had such a bad experience at a different dealership. Me and my wife knew right then that this was the dealership for us and we bought the CRV that day. The staff at Boch Honda West were very laid back and friendly with no pressure. The facility at Bernardi was unorganized and low tech, our sales person at Bernardi didnt have his own desk and we were stuck sitting at the coffee bar, with narrow pass ways between us and were constantly being bumped into by other staff and customers while discussing our possible purchase. The facility at Boch Honda West was brand new, high tech and wide open. Every sales person had their own desk, own computer and were great when it came to getting us anything we needed asking us if we would like coffee or water everytime they got up to do anything. At Bernardi they simply told us, you can find bottled water in the fridge down the hall by the bathrooms. It is clear that Boch Honda not only wanted your business, but also wanted you to have a pleasent experience buying a car and want be sure your needs are fully met. Bob was the best salesman I have ever dealt with in all my years of buying cars and not only knew his stuff but was very easy going. I highly recommend Boch Honda West to anyone looking for a Honda and would suggest you ask for Bob Pickup if you want to actually have a good time buying a car rather then feel like you are being forced into something and be made to feel uncomfortable. Lance Fisher and the dealership in general was easy to work with and friendly. I had one of my children with me on each of my visits.
