I have been interested in the Honda CR-V for quite some time. I could have gone to a number of dealerships, all fairly close-by. I chose Honda West because it was new and close to work. I was very impressed with everything about my 4 hrs experience. BUT, what impressed me the most, was my Salesman, Jim Fitzgerald. He was very knowledgable, but did not push. I felt like I was chatting with a friend!! The Internet manager, Amy Parent was also very friendly, stopping by to congratulate me on my new purchase and chit chatting while I sat waiting for paperwork. I would highly recommend Boch Honda West. I think Ernie may also want to stop by and visit with his excellent employees. Was that a dig ??? Yes, it was. We went to Boch Honda West because they have a large inventory and good prices. The saleman we had, Corey Nickles, was great. He was helpful, friendly, and could answer all of our questions.
