Amy did a great job online with the negotiating. We were a little apprehensive as we had never bought a car online before. When we were informed that MA doesn't do temporary plates as NH does and you have to register the car before you can drive it off the lot, James came through for us. He brought my new car to our town hall in NH so I could register it and even synced my phone for me. We have bought many cars over the years and this was by far the most pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this dealership as well as Amy Parent and James Fitzgerald. More

My experience with Boch Honda West was excellent. It was my first time buying a car and Tim Mclean helped me out. Tim was very upfront and honest; it was apparent that he was genuinely interested in findin my first time buying a car and Tim Mclean helped me out. Tim was very upfront and honest; it was apparent that he was genuinely interested in finding a car that would work best for me. We ran into some problems when it came to getting the title signed over to the dealer (it was still registered under my parent's name,) and due to my work schedule, I wouldn't be able to make the trip to my parent's house in time before the trade date. Tim said he would be more than happy to drive the hour to get their signatures and do whatever else was necessary to make everything go smoothly. In the meantime I brought my boyfriend to the dealership and he ended up buying a car from Tim as well. Tim went above and beyond my expectations and what he needed to do to make his sale. More

I went in to buy a new Odyssey. Tim was very upfront and friendly throughout the process. They didn't have my color in stock and he located and picked one up the next day without charging any "locate" fees friendly throughout the process. My trade-in actually broke down the day after the initial deal was made, and they still worked with me and offered a fair trade-in, considering the work that was needed on the car. He delivered the Odyssey to me at home in New Hampshire in immaculate condition the next business day after the final deal was made. I would recommend that Honda shoppers talk to Tim before buying elsewhere. More

Tried to purchase a 2012 Honda, gave me final purchase price and trade-in offer via email on a Wed. (I had been in the previous Sunday, couldn't agree on a price at that time). On Wed. the Sales Rep. em price and trade-in offer via email on a Wed. (I had been in the previous Sunday, couldn't agree on a price at that time). On Wed. the Sales Rep. emailed that there were 2 vehicles on site, like I wanted. Told via email that "Reggie" would give me the trade-in I wanted IF I came over that evening to make the purchase. Arrived and after filling out all paperwork, loan app.,etc. suddenly neither of the 2 vehicles could be found on the lot. Felt it was a "bait and switch" just to get me back in there. Before we could discuss how we would resove this, they kept asking for the keys to the trade-in, (they'd driven it Sunday & made a lower offer at that time.) Kept asking why they needed to look at the trade-in again, told "Reggie" had to justify the trade-in offer he gave me, to his boss. I was told he is the Gen. Manager. Apparently General Managers can't approve a trade-in? Guess the Customer Relations person who sent the email to me stating she went to Reggie personally to get the trade-in amount I wanted, doesn't know he can't approve trade-in offers. Told them if they were going to change the trade-in offer, no deal. Tried to get me to take a different color off their lot, but couldn't take any more off the price even after their mistake and it meant another trip to Westford before I could get a car. they could find another in a few days, asked them if they were going to take any more off the price for my trouble, Bill said no can't do it, and had the audacity to state "it costs us money to get a vehichle from another dealer and I'm not passing that on to you!" like he was doing me a big favor. Whoever Reggie is, he never came out to discuss in person, or try to save the deal. I felt they were trying to take advantage when I went back by myself. (had someone with me when I test drove it). Think they were playing good cop, bad cop. I found Bill to be especially condescending. Can't beleive how I was treated, even after their "mistake". (I still feel the 2 cars were never there that day) Actually felt like they were "ganging up" on me. I wouldn't recommend any Ernie Boch dealership to anyone after the way I was treated and spoken to. Bought a Honda elsewhere, a painless experience. Goes to show you don't have to accept a dealership's less than professional practices to find a car and decent, honest people to deal with. More
