We knew the make/model we were interested in and Tim was incredibly helpful in walking us through the buying process and explaining all of our options. He was incredibly knowledgable about all of the details of the 2012 CRV and took the time to walk us through all features inside the car as well as key features in the manuals. He moved the process along quickly (super helpful considering we had our 7-month old with us). AND...Tim made sure we were able to drive off the lot with our NEW car that day!
