I was immediately impressed that my salesman, Dan Burns, remembered me from a brief visit months earlier. On that visit, I was truly just browsing and wasn't even asked for my last name, and certainly wasn remembered me from a brief visit months earlier. When I returned as a serious shopper, Dan listened to what I wanted and didn't try to upsell me. When we moved into the negotiation phase, I again felt unpressured and thought the sales manager was fair and reasonable. Overall, I think buying a car is one of the worst experiences in the world, but this one wasn't. I recommend this dealership and Dan Burns highly. More

This "professional" (Timothy McLean) should not be referred to as a car salesman as that term does not describe the outstanding personal and professional service that he afforded us during our time be referred to as a car salesman as that term does not describe the outstanding personal and professional service that he afforded us during our time at this dealership and afterwards. It was an absolute no pressure great deal and he knew the product line in and out and then some. He spent quality time with us and this was after he sold us the car. He even continued the personal service after we took delivery and had questions -- something I never encountered in my 50 plus years of experience. As a matter of fact we were at Commonwealth Motors in Lawrence that same day and we were told by their sales manager that he had a cookout (it was a holiday) to get to and he was a fast talker and did not know the product line very much when we asked questions. Tim answered all questions and offered much more important information than we could even think of asking. He has a background of racing car component engineering and his love for and knowledge of cars beams through brightly. What a night and day experience between dealerships due to Tim. Moreover, he made sure the car was detailed post-delivery and took care of all the paperwork. It was actually a pleasure to deal with Tim and it was more like visiting a friend than buying a car from him. Truly an amazing experience bar none. We strongly recommend speaking with Timothy McLean if you are even wondering about the line of cars that Boch Honda West offers and especially if you have teenagers that will be driving as he gave our son a great lesson in life as to how to treat a car and warned him of the dangers of not doing so. Our son drives much more cautiously than ever now. You will be able to tell the difference from all those unknowledgeable, insincere, and pushy salespeople without even blinking an eye. Tim truly cares about his clients. More
I just want to say I was there on a Saturday Didn't have to much time. But I feel Tim Did his best with me, seeing I was not sure what I wanted. I called 4 days later and spoke with Tim no betting around the bush. So I went there and decided what I had to do to get in a NEW car and I could not of done it without Tim McLean. I purchased a new 2013 CR-V from them last October. Now not even a year later I have rust spots on my hood and inside one of the doors. The spots all just started to come this last month (Aug 2013). They are fairly big about the diameter of a blueberry. When I went back to Boch Honda they said they could do nothing for me and blamed it on the way I drive. When I said that I also had a chip inside my door they blamed it on my 2 year old son. I have had other cars and all were used and NEVER had this problem!! For a company as big a them you would think they could at least fix the spots with a little buffing and some touch up paint. The manager was completely rude and would not even consider that something could of been wrong with they paint. Would not recommend purchasing a car from they at all, Now I have a 30,000 car which is not even a year old that needs a new paint job. More

During the latest visit on 8/25/13, when my wife and I were looking for a quality used vehicle, we did not find what we wanted specifically but Robert suggested, if we had time, to come inside the showeroom to look at a pristine 2012 Nissan Sentra. My wife and I could not believe the price as we insprected this vehicle. Boch Honda had just dropped it from $15,890 to $12,885 because it had generated little interest. (Probably because folks who visit are looking specifically for Honda's). We scopped it up immediately but it never would have happened if Robert had not suggested, in his gentle low key way, that we step inside the showroom so he could at lest show us this beautiful auto.
