Paul was great and very helpful in every way without any pressure. He took his time with my daughter to explain all the features etc. about the car, warranty and all. I highly recommend purchasing a car or SUV through Paul Brown because he made my daughter's experience in buying a used car, a pleasant and positive one. She also more knowledge on what's involved in buying a used car, GAP insurance etc. Also because the rest of the Boch staff in the offices and showroom were professional, knowledgeble and pleasant. I know /say this because I was there with my daughter when she picked up her car. So I saw first hand and met Paul Brown and the Boch staff, why it was a positive experience for my daughter. The end result made us both feel satisfied and confident about purchasing the Honda used car. One more important key priority to keep in mind always is the dealership or company has to have great Customer Service. Boch's Customer Service is excellent. Went into Boch Honda knowing I wanted to lease a Civic. I didn't hear anything about Boch prior to walking in, just that it was fairly new and it was close to my work and home which I liked. CJ greeted mysel didn't hear anything about Boch prior to walking in, just that it was fairly new and it was close to my work and home which I liked. CJ greeted myself and my husband and we went to sit down to talk. CJ was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also very friendly and personable. I also loved that I never once felt pressured by CJ to upgrade.(He did of course go over all the options so I knew what I had to work with) He wasn't your typical pushy salesman at all. Actually, his easy going personality and demeanor made me feel like I was having a conversation with an old friend. When the car was ready to be picked up we walked and CJ got up to greet us with a big, friendly smile. We went out to the car and he showed us EVERYTHING there was to know and he even set up my blue tooth for me. This was by far the BEST car shopping experience. Oh, and I must add, I was quite embarrassed to ring the bell, but it was fun! More
