In my search to lease a new Honda CR-V, I contacted several dealerships by phone. The numbers were the best quoted from other Honda dealers, so I drove approximately 45 minutes to Boch Honda West in Westford. The short trip was worth my while for the continuing service I received. Bob Boissoneault in Sales evaluated my trade-in, then confirmed and wrote up the deal as quoted by Amy over the phone. There was NO attempt to bring me in with a good quote over the phone and then change the terms of the deal once I got there. They listened to what I wanted, and did not try to pressure me into a more expensive model with features that I did not need. The contract was signed with George in the finance department, who was equally professional and friendly. From my initial contact over the phone until I drove off the lot in my new CR-V, Boch Honda West treated me with honesty and fairness, and I will definitely recommend them to family and friends. And I love my new Honda CR-V! More

Timothy was patient and showed me a number of cars. He was not pushy and didn't give me the bum's rush when it seemed like I wanted to wait to get the model of the Accord at the price I wanted. In the end we negotiated on a Honda CRV which is a very nice car. Tim was a 5 out of 5. (Great) I think as a dealership, the one thing I didn't like was I was not made aware that the car only had 1 remote access key until after the price was set. I was then told I'd have to pay $200 to get a 2nd remote access key. Every other car I have owned, new or used, has come with 2 remote access keys. I found that annoying. I didn't attribute this to Tim - but rather the the dealership not making the key and having it ready. I thought the CRV price was competitive so I gave it a 'good' rating. Some of the Accords were more expensive than the Herb Chambers of Seekonk. But the CRV was priced just about right. More

I was shopping around on Autotrader.com, and saw a vehicle I wanted. The price was just what I was looking for. I chatted life with Amy and she told me the vehicle was still available. Amy, then introduced me to Matthew Breen, I told him I was there to see the vehicle I saw online, and I quoted Matt the online price and he said yes, not a penny less not a penny more. That sealed the deal for me! I was pre-approved before I went there, but found out later that Boch Honda West would match or beat the financing I already had, and they really did. I got an excellent interest rate saving me exactly more than 1%, thanks to Robert...I was extremely happy to have gotten that interest rate, better than my credit union. I was very happy with the customer service that Matthew provided me during the sale, to the point there was an error in the documents, and he came out to my job to facilitate the signing of the paper. For that excellent customer service provided at Boch Honda West, I will be returning for my future car purchases in Westford, MA !!! More
