We went home and found that Boch Honda West had the car we wanted used, at the best price around by far. They also were recommended by family. We went in and were very impressed with how professional and respectful they were. Did not feel pushed or rushed to make a purchase. We went back and bought the car and are very happy with our purchase. Susan and Tim made our first time car buying experience much less painless than we expected. They did not seem to be trying to play any games like the other dealers we went to and whereas the others claimed they had the best price, Boch Honda West really did have the best price. Wow!! I have normally dreaded the thought of buying a car. Arriving once again in need of a new car I started the due diligence process of narrowing cars down and attempting to negotiate a price. I then stumbled across Boch Honda West who had just the car I was looking for at a price on Truecar.com that was far and above anything I had previously looked at. Worked initially with the internet Sales Manager, Amy. Fabulous! Great customer service skills and was actually able to answer questions about the potential purchase. I agreed to the purchase and made arrangements to meet Tim at the dealership to finish the purchase. Tim has 20+ years of experience and was very methodical in the way he made certain my wife and I were going to be happy with the new acquisition. -- I also must say that I have never been at a dealership that has been as classy as Boch Honda West. (I am not a paid spokesperson.) Extremely clean. Also set up in a fashion that provides privacy. On weekdays there is aven a small kiosk that light breakfast, or sandwiches could be purchased if you were there on a service request. Never have I seen anything like. This place was a very pleasant surprise. I had spoken to Amy Parent from internet sales, who convinced me to come on in and take a "look". Susan Pressler was great with keeping negotiations calm and rolling, and Eric was great at getting us through the sale process. The finance manager knew his stuff and made it simple for us to chose add ons we wanted and not wind up with something we didn't want/need. then came the delivery! I went in and the car was ready! I was in and out in 20 minutes (i had anticipated being there for 2 hours). I've never had a dealership respect my thoughts and time the way this one did. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I love my car and feel like I got a very good deal. We'll be sure to go back when we're in need of our next vehicle! More

Tim McLean is an excellent salesman ; he is patient, knowledgeable and friendly. My previous experience with car salesmen has not been positive. I have found them demeaning, in a hurry and and just pushing a sale. It was an enlightening experience to have such an easy discussion. He is the first person I have met who is 'accessible' and not 'rushing' the sale, what a pleasant surprise. I have also had a positive experience with people in the repair department , the people at the front desk and the women who rung up the sales. Most everybody I have met there are friendly. I would definitely shop here again. The only area where I had a problem was the price on AARP used car sales for this car was $1,000 less than the price at the dealer. The finance person told me that you didn't advertise there; if that's so why did AARP have Boch cars there for over a week ?? I was very unhappy over this. I almost walked out. I think you should honor where you advertise. More

Buying a new car was not something that I had planned and definately had mixed feelings about; having had my 2004 Pilot for 9 years! Tim McLean made it easy enough for me to purchase/trade-in on my own for definately had mixed feelings about; having had my 2004 Pilot for 9 years! Tim McLean made it easy enough for me to purchase/trade-in on my own for the first time ever . Tim was patient, knowledgeable, and did not pressure me. His followup and returns calls were pleasant and prompt. He even entertained my daughter and her friend (with snacks, of course) while we waited to accept the vehicle. Even though he knew I preferred a larger vehicle, he realized my budget and was able to quickly secure me a lease arrangement for the 2014 Accord. He took the time to show me the newer features and even made sure my driving position was correct. Would like to return to Boch West for another vehicle when our situation changes. More
