No thanks. It took them three days to get me the car they promised me that would take 1 day total. I was constantly on stand by with them, never telling me when It took them three days to get me the car they promised me that would take 1 day total. I was constantly on stand by with them, never telling me when or what was going on. Then on top of that they sent me home crying after just buying a car. You'd think after forking over $1,000 and monthly payments you'd be happy to have a brand new car, no not me, I was forced into buying the resist all that doesn't resist anything after a month. I live on a farm, more or less there will be many things dropped on my car, and the speech I got was "bird poop stains" well i bought this specific stuff to prevent the staining, after a month it is now in the shop, and i have had more than enough with the rude attitude i've gotten from the body shop guys. So if you want to deal with attitude then shop at BOCH HONDA! Ask for SCOTT he sucks. Oh and resist all doesn't resist anything, so if you are forced to buy it like I was, then remember theres a cap, it doesn't cover the 3 years you'll have the car, it has a limit don't let them fool you. Also, he seemed utterly annoyed that we had done our research and were prepared. I do not recommend wasting time at Boch Honda. More

August 7, 2014 Boch Honda West is the Best !!!!! Boch Honda West is the Best! I know that every Dealership strives to help their customers the best way they can and every Sales Consultants gives you Boch Honda West is the Best! I know that every Dealership strives to help their customers the best way they can and every Sales Consultants gives you their best knowledge, expertise, courtesy, professionalism, and kindness they know how. However, I went to at least 3 other Dealership and 2 or more other smaller dealerships and the experience I had was not the same as Boch Honda West. Normally I would bring my friend with me but I think she was starting to get frustrated with the whole process because she would asked a lot of questions and the other dealership was not as knowledgeable as she would like and because of that I literally went to Boch Honda West three times before I truly decided to see a Sales Consultant. Thank God! John Debronzo, Jr. approached me and found a really great car. We found the car on Monday and Tuesday John said he would have everything ready, however he didn't work Tuesday but came in to finish everything that needed to be done and the detailing work. John had the car ready as promised on his day off but I wasn't ready on my part to pick up the car. Overall John continues to show professionalism, kindness, courtesy, and expertise as a Sales Consultant from beginning to the end and this is how "Boch Honda West is the Best!" More

I felt comfortable with the fact that Rick did not pressure me, but instead took the time to answer all of my questions about the car I was considering; plus he showed me all of the amenities & features that were included. I am now a proud owner of a 2014 Honda Accord, and I couldn't be happier with my experience at Boch Honda West. A big thank you to Rick Petroff, the manager, Mark, and the salespeople on the floor.
