Smart, patient, and reliable, actually, Tim gives his customer an impression that he is not just the salesman but more importantly an Ambassador of Honda. Tim focuses not only on earning the business as any salesman, but also higher on winning customer’s satisfaction and trust. He cares for his customer really happy or not about the purchase. He checks after the sale whether everything goes well with my new car (insurance, registration, inspection, remote starter installment, etc.). He promises his customer satisfaction on the sale and he DID. His hard working attitude can remove your concerns and worries in the purchase process. Pressure is something I hate in any purchasing. Tim is never pushing, but always helping. While I decided at first visit in a short time to buy the car from him. Pleasant and not pushy We were very happy working with Chris throughout our car buying process. We test drove a vehicle and were getting ready to put down a down payment fo We were very happy working with Chris throughout our car buying process. We test drove a vehicle and were getting ready to put down a down payment for the trim/color we wanted to arrive. But then we found out a bunch of new information about the car that made us waver, including a massive premium hike quoted by our insurance. We wavered for two weeks and decided to come back for another test drive for a smaller cheaper car and ended up going for that instead. Chris was pleasant to deal with throughout the entire process. He was friendly, pleasant to both my wife and two-year-old son, not pushy, didn't try to hard-sell anything, touched base with us periodically and didn't try to steer us to the bigger more expensive car. He was also careful not to overpromise (e.g. when we asked when the car we were initially interested in would arrive, he gave the Honda estimated date but mentioned a high likelihood of delay as the vehicle was not in transit yet.) We are the type that hate the car buying process, but our experience with Chris has definitely exceeded our expectations. He stayed late to allow us to take delivery the night of signing even though we told him that we're fine with returning the next day to take delivery as we live close by. This was after we negotiated a very good price on the vehicle and interrupted two of his customer leads earlier in the day (we seem to show up at the worse time for him.) We would definitely recommend Chris to anyone we know that's interested in a Honda. More
