My Boch Honda West Experience I enjoyed working with Rick Petroff he made the purchasing process easy and smooth. He went above and beyond to help me when I found a car at the Boch I enjoyed working with Rick Petroff he made the purchasing process easy and smooth. He went above and beyond to help me when I found a car at the Boch Norwood location I was interested in. He went and got the car for me and even came in on his day off to complete the sale…he was fantastic! I also had a great experience with Bob Signori the Finance Director. He did a great job of getting me financing at a great rate, while patiently and professionally explaining the financing process. Lastly I would like to say that the dealership was a great place to do business it is state of the art, clean, comfortable, and has very friendly staff…everyone we spoke with was pleasant and customer focused. My kids (7 and 5) did not even mind spending a few hours there while we did the paperwork and completed the deal. They were entertained in the kids lounge and had plenty of snacks which kept them really happy. The experience was more than I could have hoped for. Thanks to all who made the purchase possible! More

Are you choosing the right options and is the dealership being honest with you? Do you feel pressured to make that purchase? The moment we walked into Boch Honda West we felt relaxed and comfortable - no pressure. Our salesperson, Tim McLean, was very informative and understood our needs. We needed an SUV that was spacious enough for our 150 lb Great Dane and got great gas mileage. We found just what we needed. This was a GREAT car buying experience. Excellent Experience at Boch Honda West When I found myself without a car this past week, I was clearly upset and overwhelmed with the amount of work so needed to do and how quickly I needed When I found myself without a car this past week, I was clearly upset and overwhelmed with the amount of work so needed to do and how quickly I needed to get it done. I visited 4 dealerships on Wednesday BEFORE I even headed down to Boch Honda, and was underwhelmed with every car I saw. I was also frustrated with the lack of concern by the Salespeople I had dealt with. When I got to Boch, Amy welcomed me and made me feel at home at the dealership. She went over my budget, my "must-haves", my "would-be-nice-to-haves" and found me a few choices that met my requirements. Amy walked me through the entire process (this was the first car I had purchased through a dealership) and made sure Inwas taken care of. Rebecca in the finance department was very personable and talked through everything with me. Everyone made sure that Inwas able to get my car delivered THIS week and that Inwas happy. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend that anyone purchasing a car consider Boch Honda West and specifically Amy. More

I took my baby with me to test drive cars and she was very sweet with her, she even hel Dima is a wonderful salesperson, very friendly and personable. She was also super helpful with checking to see if all of my car seats would fit into the car I was interested in purchasing. She was not pushy at all and I felt really comfortable with her.
