Had a problem and was treated VERY fairly I bought a used 2006 Kia Sorento in June from BHW. The engine went in February (found out later this is an ongoing problem with the Sorento). My salesman Kirk was instrumental in getting me a more than fair trade in for a dead car. I bought a Honda this time! I thought I was going to be out all the money I paid for the Kia but BHW came through to my complete satisfaction. I will recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car as you can trust that they care about you on and after the sale. Will also tell them to see Kirk, he is the best! More

Love Boch Honda West i couldn't have had a better experience. I am a former longtime customer of another Honda dealership in the area, I have to admit I never realized w i couldn't have had a better experience.
