While Boch Honda West salesman Chris Driscoll sold us a CPO Honda Pilot Touring last week after both of our family cars took a dive in the same week. While a true "deal" is hard to find in competitive market, especially for reliable SUVs like Pilots and Highlanders, I believe - all things considered - that we secured a great deal on a great car. Chris was easy to deal with and we appreciate that he and the finance rep, Becky, when hearing we wanted to stick with DCU financing, only pushed one time to switch to dealership financing and accepted our preference. Our lack-of-a-car situation forced us to move quickly so we'll have to more carefully review Warranty details and Owner's Manual after purchasing but that's a function of our tight schedule, not any lacking on Chris's part. Providing the warranty proves to be a good investment, I am sure we will remain thankful for having come to Boch Honda West and will make that our 1st stop when searching for our next vehicle. More

We were very disappointed in the Sales Manager, Eric, so much so we were going to leave the dealership and not buy a car from Boch. He was by far the worst sales person we had to experience and if we had to deal with him any further, we would not have bought the car. Eric was rude and unprofessional on both nights we were there. He might have quotas or had a long day, but so did we. And although we only buy cars ever 5 to 10 years, he did not bring any value to the car buying experience. More
