Tim was an associate who presented not only his knowledge of the product and brand but knowledge of the industry as well. He had dealt with both myself and my father as we had conflicting schedules of when I would be able to purchase my car and when the dealership was open. I appreciate his willingness to work with both of us and cater to my individual and specific needs. As I was hesitant with other dealers, Tim had an honest and relaxed approach to helping me find the car that was best for me. He listened to my needs , understood the product, and presented his thoughts in an honest approach. Straightforward purchase I came in with a TrueCar quote, and process was very straight forward. I test drove a Fit, and the rest of the visit was about evaluating my trade in. Quick, easy, painless Went into dealership Tuesday to look at a CR-V that I saw online, test drove the vehicle and bought it an hour later. Only needed to see one vehicle.
