Best Car Buying Experience Ever My girlfriend and I started shopping for a CRV over 5 weeks ago. We were greeted by Alston. I explained I just started looking after having shoulder My girlfriend and I started shopping for a CRV over 5 weeks ago. We were greeted by Alston. I explained I just started looking after having shoulder surgery a couple of weeks prior. I explained what I was looking for and were just shopping. I came back in a couple of weeks later and saw Alston. We took the CRV for a test drive. When we returned Alston reviewed the models again and also went through some options that he thought would benefit me. I explained that I just couldn't make up my mind. I also spoke with George, Sales Manager, and both he and Alston completely understood and didn't pressure me for an answer. Needless to say I came back 2 weeks later and purchased the CRV. This has been the most pleasurable experience in all of my years of car buying. I definitely recommend you see Alston when looking for your next Honda. More

2017 Honda Ridgeline I enjoyed my new car buying experience. Tim McLean was the sales rep that helped me. He was very knowledgeable, and had answered all my questions. Tim also went out of his way to call me at home when a new Ridgeline came in, and scheduled me a test drive right away. I was blow away with the Ridgeline. I have never had the chance to drive a truck, and this Ridgeline that I purchased is top notch. Tim gave me a very good trade price for my 2011 Pilot, and he also checked the KBB website to see what they were offing. I also liked the way he went over in detail about the different accessories that I could purchase for my Ridgeline; also had helped me to select the perfect bed cover. Tim McLean did not rush me, I had plenty of time to decide if I was going to buy the vehicle. Taking the needs of our family into consideration, he did everything he could to get us the best deal and made the process as quick and easy as possible. Tim set up our phones and made sure we understood all of the new features of the car, which helped us to leave feeling comfortable and confident. We also requested Bob Signori, Finance Director, as he is always a pleasure to work with and processes the paperwork as quickly as he can while giving us the best deal he can.
