I visited the Boch Honda dealership for a routine service on my car. From the moment I drove into the reception area of the service dept. I was greeted professionally and in a most respectful and friendly manner by Glenn Mills. I asked if plastic covers could be placed on the driver's seat and it was graciously done ASAP. These first steps of my visit set the tone for the very pleasant experience that followed. After the speedy check in, I was ushered in to a lovely waiting area that even offered coffee, snacks, and comfortable seating. In what seemed like a very short time, my car was ready, and I was again walked to the cashier office. The work was completed in a timely manner and I was very satisfied with the result. This personal attention that I received is a very important message to me as a consumer in that the dealership puts a high priority on after sale customer service. I will definitely continue to patronize the Boch service dept and have already shared the report of my experience with my friends. More
