I did not have to pay anything for the work or for the 17 days over which Boch provided me with a rental vehicle. I would have had to pay more than $2000 in work, and they took care of it all. This is a dealer that stands behind its vehicles. I already had great experience with Boch Toyota; it's what led me to buy a Honda from Boch. Now I know that Boch Honda is just as great an operation. This was my second trip to service, the first time for a small bulb replacement and both trips were more pleasant than any other service experience that i can remember. The waiting area at Boch Honda is very comfortable and with their complimentary wireless internet, I was able to do some email work while I was waiting. While i was there my salesman, Jim Travers came and checked on me to let me know the status of my service and make sure that I was comfortable during my wait. Since the purchase of our new Handa Element, our family has recommended Boch Honda to many friends and family members as a dealership that provides a great experience form the very first meeting, through the vehicle selection process, the sale and during service visits as well. I have been to Boch Honda 3 times in the past 2 months for service. The customer service I've received each and every time has been EXCEPTIONAL. They are polite, sensitive to my time restrictions, and for service. The customer service I've received each and every time has been EXCEPTIONAL. I have chosen to return to Boch each time I need to have my 2 cars serviced because the customer service is excellent. I trust their information and they always are looking for ways not to overcharge me, ie by making sure that I use the on line coupons that are available. I honestly believe that they care about making sure that my car is safe, not just on a maintenance schedule that brings in $$. Greg Harris in particular is simply outstanding and I schedule my visits around the days he works whenever I possibly can. The pick up and drop off service for customers is also really helpful. More
