I went into Boch's "express service" at 3:30pm on sunday. The so called "express service" is open sundays until 5pm. At 3:30pm I was turned away from getting a simple oil change because the service advisor s The so called "express service" is open sundays until 5pm. At 3:30pm I was turned away from getting a simple oil change because the service advisor said they were "done" doing oil changes for the day. The so called "express service" sign out front of the service bay is deceiving. It says open until 5pm on sunday with 55 bays open for service. I will not be returning to Boch Honda for any service in the future. More
On the morning i arrived to have my truck serviced i came it was very busy. i think everybody had the same idea as me to get in early and get out quick. I was there about and hour and a half which seems like it was very busy. i think everybody had the same idea as me to get in early and get out quick. I was there about and hour and a half which seems like a long time for an oil change but considering the amount of customer's that should up at the same time i think your staff did a good job in getting my car serviced in the time it took. The gentelman that checked me in was was very friendly and very informative. The time i spent in you waiting area was very pleasant i watched TV and had coffee and a muffin and it was very good. my hour and a half past Very quickly. Your staff did a good job i look forward to having my truck serviced there again. More

well at first my visit was not so happy go lucky i drove my car in for service and stood at my car for 15 min waiting looking for someone to help me when here come sean like super man and take me from this my car in for service and stood at my car for 15 min waiting looking for someone to help me when here come sean like super man and take me from this help lees situation in less then 5 min i was sitting in the waiting area with coffee and a muffin i just brought my car about 3 months ago and my seat was cumming apart at the seem i could feel the metal on my back so about 15 min later my car was done and the part was being ordered but just to my luck my warranty would not cover it so again sean worked his magic and the next day i brought the car in for the work to be done after speaking with sean he informed me that they would do the work for FREE i don't think anyone at that service counter could have done a better job at working for the customers at boch well my advice to anyone going for service see sean i know that means more work for him but i know he would not mined at all thank you sean More
