I visited the Boch Honda service department last week and was assisted by Sean DeSilva. I was having a problem with my sunroof opening and closing so I brought it here to be fixed. Sean was AWESOME. He did a great job making sure I got in and out as soon as possible and that the problem was fixed. It turned out that my sunroof cover was just off of its track and the technician fixed it in about a half hour. Even though I have to drive about an hour to visit this service center, I will always come here because I know I get top quality service from a friendly and knowledgable staff. Thank you! More
I called Boch Honda on Tuesday, August 17th at about 6pm and explained to Tom Rybak that I had a coolant leak behind the engine in my 07 Honda Civic. Tom immediately made me an appointment for 8am the foll and explained to Tom Rybak that I had a coolant leak behind the engine in my 07 Honda Civic. Tom immediately made me an appointment for 8am the following morning. When I arrived Wednesday morning, Tom immediately remembered that he'd spoken to me the prvious evening and what was wrong with my vehicle. He was friendly and efficient as he checked me in for my appointment. My daughter and I waited in the waiting room (had breakfast, she played in the kids' room) and in about an hour, Tom was back and explained that I had 2 cracks behind the engine block from which the cooland was leaking. He then expalined that Honda had, just the previous day, sent a notice to dealerships advising of this problem with my model year Civic. Boch would order the part and fix the problem at no charge. Needless to say, I was thrilled. Tom thoroughly explained that I could continue to drive my vehicle as it is a very slow leak but that I shouldn't drive long trips and should keep a close eye on the temp. He said he would call me when he knew when the part would be in and we could schedule an appointment for next week. Tom called my home last evening to advise that the part would be in by the weekend and asked when I would like to come in. I made my appointment and have all the confidence that my car will be fixed quickly, completely and efficiently. More
Sean was very attentive and helpful. He minimized my wait time and answered all my questions honestly. Sean was very helpful. He was sure to explain the reasons behind his advice. In addition, he used a visual. when it was clear that I was unsure about some of the information...he patiently went bac reasons behind his advice. I am an elderly lady and purchased my Honda here in I am an elderly lady and purchased my Honda here in 2004.I only have 30,000 miles on it and I must take care of it, so I continue to go to Boch Hond I am an elderly lady and purchased my Honda here in 2004.I only have 30,000 miles on it and I must take care of it, so I continue to go to Boch Honda for oil changes, check ups, stickers,etc. I have met Sean DeSilva who has been very kind and willing to explain everything to me, knowing that I don't know a lot about cars. .Also, if something needs to be replaced or repaired, he is willing to show me the damaged piece. I hope Sean stays at Honda as long as I need help and longer! More
I took my 2006 Accord here because it occasionally failed to start. The service deparment replaced the starter and charge $950. The next week, the car again failed to start. I broght the old starter to another independent repair shop, who informed me that the old starter was fine. I returned with the perfectly fine old starter to Boch who refused to refund my money, claiming that "electrical parts were not returnable". I consider this robby. More
My car had leak. The diagnose was correct and they fixed that issue. Price is decent for this type of work. Sean is a great person who I worked with. He explained clearly about issue. I have always had eager, friendly service people, but Sean De Silva stands out. Had odyssey serviced yesterday and service area was short on Service Consultants, probably due to vacations, and Sean was Sean De Silva stands out. Had odyssey serviced yesterday and service area was short on Service Consultants, probably due to vacations, and Sean was "out straight". But he was perfectly composed, efficient, polite and friendly, apologized immediately for the wait encountered to start the write-up of service requirements. I had a number of things done, including handling two "recall" notices, and estimate of time was on target. Sean is a large part of why my rating is "great". Thanks, Sean! More
Both Dan and Sean are friendly and try to expedite my visits to the service department as best they can. Yesterday I was in for a first oil change on the newest of our two Pilots and I was pleased with visits to the service department as best they can. Yesterday I was in for a first oil change on the newest of our two Pilots and I was pleased with the speed with which the work was done. Sean also addressed another concern and assured me that the part would be ordered immediately. I always try to ask for Dan (and now Sean) whenever I arrive at the service department.
