When my car needs servicing, I am treated courteously, the issues are analyzed and fixed in a timely and cost-efficient manner, and I leave satisfied with the work performed. I would highly recommend Boch Honda for both sales and service. More

Hello Ernie Boch Jr., cc Mike Shaftman, Mark Doran, Hello Ernie Boch Jr., cc Mike Shaftman, Mark Doran, and Ken Grant Yesterday, I had my first oil change in my new 2010 Honda Accord V6. This is Hello Ernie Boch Jr., cc Mike Shaftman, Mark Doran, and Ken Grant Yesterday, I had my first oil change in my new 2010 Honda Accord V6. This is my fourth Accord and have always had my cars serviced with the dealerships. Just before buying this car I had a very bad experience when coming in for an oil change with my 2003 Accord V6 at Boch Honda. A different Service consultant waited on me and he was helpful but not memorable. I did ask for help by asking to speak with Tom Rybak in sales to just drive a new 2010 vehicle but he was not available. The Service person got someone else to help, I believe a Mark Walker, who was the sloppiest looking sales person and had a very forceful rude sales disposition that I just wanted to forget the entire experience. After I left that appointment I had called Sean De Silva and told him of my experience and that I was thinking for the first time to shop around for other dealerships and a different make of car. I was very upset and really was afraid to shop for a car if this was going to be my experience everywhere. Sean took it upon himself to report the incident and recommended Tom Rybak in sales. Yes I did return to buy a car from Tom Rybak, who made my experience a very pleasant one. He's a great person. Getting back to yesterday, I called Sean earlier in the day to tell him I was coming in for my first oil change and as usual Sean was personal, polite, and professional. When I arrived Sean was covered with customers, 3 waiting me arriving plus mentoring Tom because he's new to service. Sean spoke and asked me if Tom could wait on me. I had no problems, my car was serviced, and they even ordered me a new black leather seat cover. This is because the leather for that seat cover was already fading after 3763 miles. While waiting I did notice all the other MALE Service consultants that had NO customers displaying angry looking faces, like piercing daggers looking at Sean and Tom. I'm a Service Specialist for the company I work at and If I had NO work I would be offering my services to to help fellow coworkers instead of having an angry looking disposition on my face. Sean is the most helpful and knowledgeable dealership Service Consultant I have ever had in all my years of owning a car. I hope you take notice of this exemplary service. It should not go unnoticed. i was very disappointed in the cost of the repair which has nothing to do with the service consultant (sean de silva), but probably the vehicle itself. i think $140 per hour and $33 for bag of cheap plast has nothing to do with the service consultant (sean de silva), but probably the vehicle itself. i think $140 per hour and $33 for bag of cheap plastic screws is absolutely ridiculous. i expected to pay about $25 for the repair and i left with an $89 bill. crazy. however - i did receive some service advice and received a free inspection of my vehicle which was done very thoroughly. your quote for a timing belt was $975 - i can have a local guy do it for about $500 and that also includes the water pump (not sure if the $975 also included the water pump - i did not ask). and i did enjoy the internet, coffee and danish. it is aways a very pleasant experience - but it just costs too much to keep coming back for routine service - i am sorry. i have had bad experience over the years and have found them very expensive. I drive a 2008 Honda Civic. When I brought it in for a routine oil change, its mileage was just under 54,000. I've had the same tires on the car since I bought it new at the end of 2007 and figured, with routine oil change, its mileage was just under 54,000. I've had the same tires on the car since I bought it new at the end of 2007 and figured, with the winter coming, now would be the right time to get them replaced. I told Sean and he made sure the right tires were in stock. While I was waiting for my car to be done, Sean came and got me and told me that we had to talk. He brought me out to the garage where my car was raised and being inspected. He told me that I did not need new tires at this time and explained/showed my why in detail. Unfortunately, I forget the technician's name but he was very friendly too. They could have easily put on the tires as I asked but instead they were honest. Also, Sean, sensing my desire to get my car ready for the winter, asked the technician to give it a full inspection and let him know if it had any issues. It was quite easy to see that Sean cares deeply about his customers, his work and his integrity. I hope to get him next time I bring my car in for service. More
Very helpful. Came in for a service and because the Union had shut the service dept. down, Sean promised me a free oil change to make up for the inconvenience of having to wait so long. I needed warranty work done on my Honda Civic. Took the car in on a Friday night. They took my car within 1 hr, did some work on it and told me they did some of the repairs, but had to order parts for the car in on a Friday night. They took my car within 1 hr, did some work on it and told me they did some of the repairs, but had to order parts for the other repairs (glove box and weather stripping). I came back the following week after the parts were received. They told me it would be 1-2 hrs. wait. After 1.5 hrs, I asked how much longer it would be. They said 1 or 2 cars ahead of me and it should be another 1/2 hr to 1hr to get to my car and another 45 min to do the repairs. I said that I cannot wait that long and that I should be given a priority since this is my second time here. They would do nothing for me. He said if I come back the following night after 6pm they would not be as crowded. (He says they are open until 9PM for service while the sign actually says 7-9pm, no appt is needed.). Come back the following night at 8:20 and they say they stop taking cars for service at 7:30 so they can finish what they have !! I said where does it say that. They say the sign outside. WRONG!!. They would not budge. They said if I come bat in the morning at 6:45 AM, I would be first in line. I come back Sat, at 6:45 and there are 8 cars ahead of me. After another 1 1/2 wait, they finish the repairs. More

I had a minor problem with my Honda Fit. The low tire pressure light stayed on even after I checked and re-checked all the pressure readings. I went to the Boch website and entered a appointment request pressure light stayed on even after I checked and re-checked all the pressure readings. I went to the Boch website and entered a appointment request for service. In a few minutes, I had a confirmed appointment for 4:30 that afternoon. I was met at the service department with no wait in line. My car was tagged and a technician drove it into the shop. Sean, my service advisor, explained that it might be a defective sending unit or possibly a slow leak in a tire. Sean also explained how the sending units work, which was helpful in understanding the problem and causes. It turned out to be a mis-calibrated sending unit. The calibration was adjusted and the tech took the car for a test drive to insure that was the correct repair. Sean went over all the details of the repaid, told me it was all covered under warranty, and set up my next appointment at 5,000 miles for service. I was home in time for dinner and the Honda Fit was back to 100% enjoyment! More
