I bought my Honda Accord from this dealership in 2007 and have been very happy with that purchase. Each time that I have brought my car in for service, I work with Sean De Silva. Now keep in mind, I have only needed oil changes and required mileage service as my car is new. I come in 2-3 times yearly. This visit was no different. Sean recognized me as soon as I stepped out of the car and jumped from his seat to get me signed in promptly. He is always courteous and efficient that way. I also like very much that he takes the time to give me the full update of how the overall call looks so there are no surprises on maintenance on future visits. I appreciate his customer focus. More

I took my 2001 Odyssey in for a scheduled (but overdue) service, and mentioned a new issue I'd been having. Sean had them run diagnostics on the van, which did not reveal any problem, and they concluded it service, and mentioned a new issue I'd been having. This by far is the best dealer(service) I have been coming here for the past 2 years. Everytime I come I seem to get the same Service Advisor Sean DeSilva. Sean is cut from a different cloth when it co coming here for the past 2 years. Everytime I come I seem to get the same Service Advisor Sean DeSilva. Sean is cut from a different cloth when it comes to customer sevice. He always recommends & never pressures you into getting services done. The last time I was there Sean said my brakes would need to be replaced very soon. I wasn't too thrilled with Boch's price. I did get my brakes done (from a friend) when I returned for an oil change Sean brought up the brakes again he said "I see you got the brakes done" I was impressed that he took the time address that issue again. He could have just said nothing since I didn't get the work done. But he went the extra mile. I don't know the other guys names that work in the bay but they all are very friendly & seem to enjoy their job (which is very rare in this day and age. I would one 100 % recommend this dealership to anybody. P.S. Please request that the tv channel be switched to sports. When your car is getting serviced the last thing anybody wants to watch is CNN. (They provide USA today for free) As customers they will listen to us! More
