He got back to me in about 1hr after i dropped the van off and describe my concerns with my wives odyssey. He explained fully what the problem was. The car was fixed in a timely manner. I wish I could have bought my car at Boch Honda. (could not give me a price I got some where else with out the hustle) My experience overall with customer service and the tech's work was top shelve. The one thing that would have put my experience over the top shelf would have been a surprise detailing of the car. HaHaHaHa More

I continue to service my Honda Crosstour at Boch because of people like Service Consultant Sean De Silva. The efficient, professional, and knowledgeable service I receive, even for just an oil change, justi of people like Service Consultant Sean De Silva. Be weary of brake jobs and tire replacement - demand to see them first before authorizing the work. I went in for noise coming from front right hand side when in motion and after 4 hours left with all new see them first before authorizing the work. I went in for noise coming from front right hand side when in motion and after 4 hours left with all new brake pads, rear rotor replacement, 2 new front tires, and a bill for $1,300. My car had 35K miles on it and the new tires on the front doesn't look any different from the old ones in the back. And the noise - yeah it's still there, and I now have to waste another weekend bringing the car back, not sure if this is a wise move... and subject myself to be bamboozled again. More

We had our baby w/us, Hi, I want to state that Sean's service was exceptional. We brought brought both of our cars in and our Pilot needed service. We had our baby w/us, and Sean stepped up and took care of us. We dropped the car of on a Saturday night and he called Sunday morning to tell us that the car was ready. Sean's service was excellent. The issues that we had with the car are the following: - A rattle in the front of the dash - this was not fixed. They could not replicate the problem - this could have been done if taken on a bumpier road. I have addressed this myself w/adding a little foam and tucked it in between the dash and windshield by the VIN number. - Speaker issue - this is still an issue. They tried to fix it, but it still sounds like crap at times. Very disappointed that it still does this - wouldn't expect it out of a Pilot. - Driver Seat squeak - something was broken in the seat, and it was fixed properly and there have been no issues since. I want to emphasize that Sean was great. Sean is a great employee and take good care of him because he takes care of his customers. The reason why I would not recommend Boch Honda is because the sales process absolutely SUCKED. Amine was the worst sales person that I have ever dealt with. Best price, but that is the only thing that was best. 7 hours to buy a car when price was agreed on in the first hour when we had our baby w/us? Car was ready to go when I went to pick it up - not really, had to come back the following Saturday to get it inspected. Amine called four times to tell me it was ready. He also started to get testy and impatient when we were asking questions - this was close to a deal breaker. This is not how you get repeat business. I will be in the market to buy a new Accord in the next couple of years, and I am 99% sure that I will not be buying from Boch. Again, I want to say that I was impressed with Sean, but not overly impressed by the work done. More
Sean and the shop foreman took great care of me. I had two broken locking lug nuts (overtightened by a different dealer) and they were able to chisel them off very carefully. After spending over $1000 on service and repairs, later when I walked upto a service associate for a quick question, he simply walked past me murmuring "he was took busy", too busy to have courtesy to even when I walked upto a service associate for a quick question, he simply walked past me murmuring "he was took busy", too busy to have courtesy to even listen to my question. The prices are quite high and I have gotten same work for same quality done elsewhere for 20% less (using original Honda parts). I am not convinced at the urgency they describe to get certain repairs done. They portray such dire consequences of not getting repars done right away. As if, you leave without the repairs, you could be serious trouble financially and safety wise. Somehow, they seem to be crying wolf a lot. More
