I brought my car in for service. Ms. Majeski greeted me with a friendly and pleasant attitude, was very professional and knowledgeable and was a great help to me in determining what service was due on my v with a friendly and pleasant attitude, was very professional and knowledgeable and was a great help to me in determining what service was due on my vehicle. My car was out of warranty but the upholstery on the door was letting go and the dealership agreed to repair it through its good will. I was extremely pleased with the service experience and will definitely make the 40 minute trip down to Norwood again when my car needs service. More

They took a potential problem that escalated after opening up the car and dealt with it in a highly professional manor. I was pressed for time leaving on vacation the next day after service and they prioritized for me and also provided me with a rental for business meetings I had that day. I currently manage a company with over 300 employees and truley appreciate and understand the value of customer service. I would recommend these two employee's and the entire service team that worked on my vehicle to anyone!! More
I would just like to say I have been going to this particular dealership for almost 6 years and their customer service skills are really great. My family and myself have bought four cars in total from particular dealership for almost 6 years and their customer service skills are really great. My family and myself have bought four cars in total from our really great sales guy Mike Barakat who always went above and beyond for us as first time car owners and he still does the same now even after all these years we can always call him if we had a question or an issue. Also in the service department I have to say Sean Desilva is the best service guy you will ever take your car to. He really does care about you as a customer and will always try to find you the best possible price on any issue you may be having. He can even tell me in advance the next time i come in what I will need to do and give me an estimate so I would be prepared for my next visit. He will call you to follow up even after leaving to make sure that the car is running as it should or if you are still having a problem he will set up an appointment for you to come back,He really does go above and beyond the call of duty and I am forever grateful to him and Mike for making a gal's life easier :) . On 7/28/11 I went to the dealership for my 50,000 miles service. At first I was concerned about the wait I would have to do due to the people that were there for services. Sean De Silva one of the servic service. At first I was concerned about the wait I would have to do due to the people that were there for services. Sean De Silva one of the service consultants greeted me and immediately started working on my service as soon as he finished with his prior customer. He promised me I would be able to leave within an hour and sure enough I was out just a little bit after an hour from the time I got there. Sean was very professional and was very courteous and attentive to me. He listened to my concerns and was able to answer my questions. He took time to explain things to me and gave me options to choose from. I had one minor concern, but he assured me he will address it with the appropriate person and before I left the premise the Service Manager Dennis Dotolo came out and spoke with me and we were able to come to an agreement. Dennis as well was very professional and courteous. He listened to my concerns and admitted to me he appreciated my suggestions and was looking forward to making changes that would improve the clients' experience each time they go in. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received especially from Sean on that day. Sean even stayed beyond the time he was to leave so that he could make sure my service was done at the time he promised me and that I was happy. I think Sean De Silva is an outstanding service assistant. Boch Honda should be proud and feel lucky to have him on their team. More
I have been going to Boch for all my service on my Honda Ridgeline. The service has been prompt and friendly. Tom was one of the best service writers so far. Tom was very helpful and even let me use his desk in the salesroom while I waited. when I am ready for a new Honda, I will make sure I see Tom. More
first BAD experience at Boch. Left car at 11:30 AM and it was NOT ready at 4:45 PM. No call and I stopped in twice during the day. I was very disappointed in my service tech. I was told my car was put to the side because service tech had to go and work on ANOTHER car. Another tech overheard situation and took charge. He made arrangements for a rental for me and calmed me down and was very appologetic for the delay. If not for this I would not be returning to Boch. Thank you to Mr DeSilva. I love my CRV and want to continu with Boch where this has been the one and only bad experience. More
Very professional and very courtious service. Everytime I go into the dealership and Sean is there, he always goes out of his way to make me feel that he really cares about my needs: for example: Do I need a go into the dealership and Sean is there, he always goes out of his way to make me feel that he really cares about my needs: for example: Do I need a ride to my office ( I work near the dealership), he just askes me what I need in the way of service and takes care of everything else - I hand him the keys and calls me when it is ready. I recommend going to this dealership for service for two reasons only: 1) Sean De Silva (Service Consultant) 2)Steve Haslek (Spelling of last name ?; Technician) I had been to this dealership before fo reasons only: 1) Sean De Silva (Service Consultant) 2)Steve Haslek (Spelling of last name ?; Technician) I had been to this dealership before for minor service; my experience was always they were over priced, and took to long but I always felt my car was being repaired correctly. I should Note that I also have a Toyota and have had it serviced at BOCH TOYOTA next door. I don't know why BOCH HONDA does not follow their foot print; at a minimum taking peoples information efficiently and not making them wait. You drive in give them the keys tell them what is wrong the tell you to have a seat and drive your car into the shop; shortly there after they come in and tell you approximately how long; approximate estimate. But I digress back to BOCH HONDA. A little background I was there to have my key reprogrammed. The service technician I initially dealt with (I will not mention his name)showed me on the computer that he put me on the waiting list and if I chose to leave and come back in 1-1/2 hours the car would be ready. Well I had a ride and did just that, when I came back he said he needed to talk to me about my car. (I should also mention that I had to have my car towed there due to the key not working). He said they were unable to program it because my key would not come out,which I had pointed out to him previously that if you take the negative cable off the battery you can remove it. He started to tell me the whole thing needed to be done the stearing column, etc. I stopped him there and expressed my anger and feelings about him not calling me earlier to and making me wait and let him know that I was in the previous weak and waited two hours with three children ages 8,5 & 3 for them to give me a diagnoses of what I had already told them was the problem and I had even removed the panels befor comming in to make faster. So needless to say I used a few choice words and let them know they were incompetent, said I was never coming back and left. One problem my car was not working and I had to have it towed back or somewhere else. Also Honda is pretty much the only ones that can reprogram your key because of the expense of the software and the need for it to be updated all the time or the software will not work; so basically you have to take it to a honda dealership to have the work done. While I was waiting for the tow truck to come I cooled off and asked to speak with the Service Manager after waiting 10 minutes and asking 2 people I found Sean DeSilva: He heard my diatribe earlier;but he took the time to talk to me in a calm tone and was not defensive in anyway. He explained my situation to the manager and they told me not to worry they were going to help me get this done. Enter Steve H. technician great guy; answered all my questions and even some I didn't have. He was very respectful and Intelligent. The Dealership should be grateful to have these guys working for them and train all there people with them as a model. If I had my own company which had nothing to do with cars or mechanical issues I would try to hire both of these guys. I would like to thank them again for helping me the way that they did. If you go to BOCH HONDA and are waiting for a service consultant tell them that you would like to wait for Sean DeSilva even if it means waiting longer. You will come out feeling much more satisfied. So, the only reason I would say Yes to recommending this dealership for service is because of Sean and Steve. More
