Bad experience, some may not! FYI did hear from husband and said not to have tires replaced, good call. I went there due to prior ownership of car serviced there. I live two miles from another dealership, which I will use in the future. Service was for an air bag recall – waited three weeks for appointment. Over phone was told it would take about 1 ½ hours or less, okay can wait. Once I arrived was told 2 hours, now I wished made plans to drop off. Told service advisor I would be waiting and let him know if I leave. I went into the waiting area, then advisor seeked me out to inform me that I need new tires. Told him I would check with my husband and let him know. Could not reach husband and informed advisor letting him know as soon as I hear my husband I would let him know. Again he asked are you leaving. I said no and again will let him know if I do. An hour goes by and I see this advisor coming in and out of waiting area approaching different customers. I then realize that all these customers came in after me, so I thought I would check on the status. Advisor said he called me and left a message the car was ready – check phone for message and I don’t know why I didn’t hear it ring, 8 seconds of mumbling and call was placed an hour ago. I told him that I was in the waiting area the whole time, not even a bathroom visit, why was I not informed in there; he thought I left and so he called was his reply with a shoulder shrug. In the end he could not find my car keys because they were filed under prior owners name – they didn’t even take the time to add my name as owner of the car. Advisor never asked again about the tires, were they worried about my safety or just replacing tires (making money). More

VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE WENT THERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE THINKING I WAS GOING TO SPEND 60 DOLLARS BUT I RECEIVED A COUPON FROM THE SERVICE GUY AND ENDED UP PAYING ONLY 24 DOLLARS WENT THERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE THINKING I WAS GOING TO SPEND 60 DOLLARS BUT I RECEIVED A COUPON FROM THE SERVICE GUY AND ENDED UP PAYING ONLY 24 DOLLARS... Penny and Joe did a terrible job I brought my car here from Westboro, with a Honda dealer a mile away, because I believed Boch would do a good job. My engine block cracked and twice 1 I brought my car here from Westboro, with a Honda dealer a mile away, because I believed Boch would do a good job. My engine block cracked and twice 1 of the 2 engine mount bolts put in to secure the engine came loose. One whizzed around inside the new engine block and one fell off. This resulted in 2 tows - and dangerous situations. The last time in at the dealer, Penny in service said she'd make sure the missing bolt was replaced because I made sure to ask twice. She said yes both times. I ended up bringing my car to my local mechanic for an oil change about 2 weeks later for the mechanic to discover they never put the bolt back in (he put it in for free without even asking!) I had been driving around with an engine cantered to the side. If it broke loose it would've been extremely dangerous and extremely costly. Not only was this a job done terribly, but I was treated badly by Penny, who lied and was rude, and by Joe in service, who was extremely rude on the phone when I called in after breaking down the second time. He doesn't like to listen it seems. After such a bad experience, I contacted Joe Wieners, the service manager. He tried to pass me off to a different service manager which was a big to-do. The complicated hierarchical web of staff slowed things down immensely. It's almost purposely complicated. Anyway, it took several calls over a 2 week period to finally get Joe back on the phone. He then proceeded to say he tried calling numerous times off my 3 voicemails, which he didn't because my phone is always on me for work. He also said they couldn't help me because the decision came from way up above him. When I asked who was above him to speak with, he said he was it, there is nobody else. Confusing, huh? Boch Honda is a running a terrible operation and I will never go to any Boch location again due to this experience. You can learn it the hard way on your own or you can save yourself a headache and try someone else from the start. More

I wasn't asking for exact numbers and made that clear. Everything I asked seemed like it was a chore. I am very displeased with their customer service, and believe it is completely unreasonable to bring a vehicle in and have no idea of the cost of services. I will be finding another place to service my current honda and purchase future vehicles. More
I've bought OEM brand new parts from them through hondapartsnow.com. The parts came with signs of rust, wear and paint peeling off, and it turned out these were returned parts and I cannot believe th hondapartsnow.com.
