The service department is not customer service oriented I bought a new Honda from Boch last week, and had a great experience with the sales department. I came in this week to service, and had a terrible experience. It amazes me that one department can run so smoothly and the other being a nightmare. Sales is nice, efficient, and they value the customer's time. Service does not. I would buy another car at Boch, but will be going to another Honda dealerhsip for service. More
Service advisor was upfront and honest Peter Anderson was great to work with- he confirmed what was wrong with my Venza and we talked about solutions. Wasted my time I went to the service center to have my car looked at because it was making noise and I thought I needed new brakes. My car was within the 36,000 mile I went to the service center to have my car looked at because it was making noise and I thought I needed new brakes. My car was within the 36,000 miles and 3 years for the warranty, but the man there blatantly lied to me saying the brakes were only covered for a year under warranty. I called another dealership and the brakes are in fact covered. Boch even wanted to charge me to just look at my brakes. I wasted my time going there and it was especially difficult to get there because I had my newborn baby with me. Don't waste your time or money, go elsewhere! More

I have been driving for over 42 years and have done business with many different dealerships and none of them hold a candle to Boch Honda. More

After market brakes I will never purchased a vehicle from Boch Honda in Norwood in the future. They charged me for work that wasn't done to my car. After 6 months of driving my car I needed front brakes, an air bag switch was recalled, the heater motor sounds like a Diesel engine. I took the car in for service and I was slapped with a service quote for $300. That quote was only for the brakes that they claimed were brand new at time of purchase. They fixed the switch and said the heater noise was normal. At this point I'm shaking my head. The brake issue wasn't resolved. I spoke to sales manager Bill and Bob and also Service manager Kent and they all told me that's my problem. More
