OIL change &AC recall Came in for oil change & tire rotation. They found a service was called for on the AC to correct poor running. Replaced AC control & reflashed engine, Came in for oil change & tire rotation. They found a service was called for on the AC to correct poor running. Replaced AC control & reflashed engine, tranny all within 2.5hrs no charge. Great work, runs great. More

Dropped Car for Service Picked up with Dead Battery After getting the car serviced, I picked it up to find a dead battery. The service staff didn't even notice the corrosion on the battery when working After getting the car serviced, I picked it up to find a dead battery. The service staff didn't even notice the corrosion on the battery when working on my engine. Rather than waiting to get it replaced, I went to a more reasonably priced service center and had them replace the battery after getting a jump from service center staff. I will not be returning to Boch Honda. More

I watched owner after owner be told there car needed more than it was brought in for. When I was finally called I was told my car needed an alignment, I was not asked or told my car would be inspected for anything other than what I brought it in for. I told repair rep my car had had an alignment the week before, he told me if I took it too sears “ it wasn’t done right and the only way to tell if a car needs an alignment was to do one”. I asked him if he thought woman were stupid. Anyway the car he was talking about wasn’t mine and he did not tell it’s owner that they needed an alignment. I love my Honda Civic but will never go back to a Boch dealership, they are blatantly trying to steal customers money More
