Our 2022 Honda CRV Hybrid Touring seemed to have lost a rear windshield wiper. However, when we stopped unexpectedly (on President's Day!) I walked into the Service Dept. and met Daniel O'Connell asking as rear windshield wiper. However, when we stopped unexpectedly (on President's Day!) I walked into the Service Dept. and met Daniel O'Connell asking as to where I could buy a replacement. His first response was to ask to look at the problem and, in fact, the car wash did more damage that I thought. The wiper and the wiper arm needed to be replaced and Daniel extended himself to bring us to the parts dept. and then, again, without any fanfare fixed the problem saving us a return trip. It ought not be unusual to find such commitment to customers, but here it was, and for which we are grateful. Clearly we made the right decision to have purchased our new car from Boch a few months ago. Charlie Hatem More
