Nucar Ford of Tilton - Service Center

I purchased my 2016 Ford Edge from Autoserve now Nucar which included free oil change and free state inspection for the lifetime of the vehicle. Which they completed. But they charged me $5.00 for the sta which included free oil change and free state inspection for the lifetime of the vehicle. Which they completed. But they charged me $5.00 for the state inspection, which they eventually rescinded. The issue is the oil change. They used non synthetic oil instead of synthetic oil which Ford company recommends. I suspect Nucar has been doing this every time I had the oil changed. I will not have them do my again. State inspection, yes More
