I called and made an appointment by phone, all of my information was taken, and was confirmed I had an appointment for 5/10 at 9am. This was two weeks ago… I show up today to drop off my car and guess what I don’t have? An appointment. No apology from the person at the front desk, just a shrug and laugh. Didn’t try to do a thing. It’s not funny when your livelihood includes traveling and you don’t have a working car and have to start from square one even when you were proactive in the first place. I am appalled I was treated like this. I really hope I can help avoid this happening to anyone else. My advice is go elsewhere because there is 0% professionalism at this place. More
