Excellent attention to detail Lebanon Ford is just great. I have been driving a new 2018 F250 KR for a few months now. Putting lots of miles on it. In fact, enough for my third Lebanon Ford is just great. I have been driving a new 2018 F250 KR for a few months now. Putting lots of miles on it. In fact, enough for my third oil change now. I have had only one mechanical/electrical issue... the rear tailgate lock solenoid intermittently would fail. It was not on my service list, but when I told them about the problem, they were all over it like white on rice. They did not have the part in stock, but ordered it and installed it on my next visit. Besides the solenoid experience, service has been a snap. Oil changes, tire rotation, balancing (nasty New Hampshire roads take a toll), etc. Highly recommended, no matter where you are in NH or VT. More

Long and frustrating Service dept tried to tell me I had to blown struts and vehicle would not pass inspection. This is a vehicle I had purchased 10 weeks prior and has le Service dept tried to tell me I had to blown struts and vehicle would not pass inspection. This is a vehicle I had purchased 10 weeks prior and has less than 26k miles. I’ve never had a vehicle fail an inspection because of a blown strut say nothing about two struts. Guy in the service dept said “they are like light bulbs and can blow at anytime.” Ah no struts wear out, they don’t blow out. And especially not in 2 1/2 months. So after a long and frustrating 2 hours they finally decided that yes my car did pass inspection and I was on my way More
