Being treated fairly and standing behind your brand is very important in sales and the one problem I had they were on immediately. The problem was addressed and resolved in 10 minutes. My Experience On my way home from MA on a Sunday my car alarm chimed and the display read "transmission fault", seek service. I made it home, the next morning on my way to work the car chimed again, said "transmission fault" seek service now. I got to work, called the dealer where I bought the car (not Leb Ford) and they couldn't get me in for service for 2 weeks. They wouldn't tell me if they would provide a loaner car for me either. I called Lebanon Ford and they told me to bring the car in that day, they didn't have an opening but would fit it in, sooner than later. I had AAA bring the car down as I was afraid to drive it. They checked it out the next day, kept me informed on its progress and gave me a loaner whilst mine was being serviced. Very helpful, put my mind at ease, and fixed my car. I will go to Lebanon Ford for all my future service needs and for my oil changes, etc. I will also buy my next Ford from them. Shame on Grappone for leaving me out in the cold and kudos to Lebanon Ford for helpng me get through this. Thanks Lebanon Ford! More

There are no Lincoln dealers between Manchester NH and White River VT,. and Gateway Ford is a poor excuse as a Lincoln dealer..No stock, shabby operation. Lincoln deserves more and Lebanon Ford is in the position to deliver. More
Poor Customer Service I showed up at my appointment about 30 minutes early to have my headlight replaced and LED lights in the headlight fixed. The car has a six year exten I showed up at my appointment about 30 minutes early to have my headlight replaced and LED lights in the headlight fixed. The car has a six year extended warranty through FORD. The service guy came out and asked if I wanted the recall fixed? I asked how long would that take, he replied, "About 45 minutes." I said, 'Ok." (I also did hear the salesman speaking to the other salesman saying he was told to go clean off (snow) the junk Focus hatchback when I got there.) Who knows what that was about, but it made me nervous. About an hour and a half later, I asked what was taking so long. First the service guy said, "You need brakes." I said, "What?" He went on to tell me I needed new brakes. I asked him why he was looking at my brakes when I came in for a headlight? I had not had any issue with my brakes. No noises, no low pump, etc. I said, "Is my headlight fixed?" The service person then told me that "The headlight was a process." I asked, "Why?" He then went into this long mantra on it costing 1000. to fix and he needed to take pictures, fax it to FORD, and wait for approval. I asked him why he hadn't done that when I got there, since this IS what I came in for. He babbled something about being busy. (I was there FOR THE HEADLIGHT, and had an appointment that was made two weeks prior.) I also noticed that although he was busy, there were incidents of him sitting and BSing with his crew and secretary or other service person (I am unsure of the woman's job.) At the two hour mark, I asked for my keys. My car had been sitting out in the parking for evidently "Most" of the time. I had driven up from CT to go back to this dealership because the first time I was there, I thought they "might" be honest. Well, I no longer think that. It is Tuesday, this was last Friday, and they never called me with their "decision," on my headlight. If I had a bumper to bumper extended warranty, I am unsure why there is an issue anyways. The seal evidently was bad or the moisture would not have gotten into the headlight and ruined the lights. I notice a lot of older Mercedes SUV's have this issue as well. Any ways, they wasted two hours of my time, did not provide service that was guaranteed under the warranty, and were really making me sit there for NO reason. I will not go back, I am sure they don't care as evidently they must not make enough money on something under warranty to make it worth their while to fix. BUT, this makes me feel badly about FORD in general. I thought FORD had more honest dealerships than shady ones, but I think they are all the same now. I think if you are a buying customer (regular customer who buys new vehicles), your service is much different than those that cannot afford to purchase a new car.) More
