Oil change and overview check I arrived for a 2:00 appointment and drove right into the service center area. A gentleman met me and took out my walker for me. He went over everyth I arrived for a 2:00 appointment and drove right into the service center area. A gentleman met me and took out my walker for me. He went over everything that Ford recommended that I have done at that time. I went to the waiting area and before I knew it, he came back to say that my vehicle was ready for me. It was only 40 minutes. I paid my bill and they had turned my vehicle around for me so that I could drive right out of the service area. I was very pleased with the service that Lebanon Ford provided. More

Very friendly and helpful service, but. I came in for a few recall fixes and have both headlights replaced. The only fixed one of them. Always friendly, but didn’t finish the job.
