Headliner Installation I was pleased with the overall quality of work. The new headliner is like new. I am thankful for their shuttle service to get you to and fro with out I was pleased with the overall quality of work. The new headliner is like new. I am thankful for their shuttle service to get you to and fro with out additional cost. What I didnt like was the uncertainty of time of completion. I understand that this was a large job with a lot of small details/steps. However, I would have liked a courtesy call when the tech had a better idea how long it would take so I could make a back up plan, if necessary. Instead I had to call at 2pm. I was told that they would most likely finish before EOD, but again lack of certainty. I then felt it was in my best interest to put visual pressure on the team to complete the job that day by returning to the dealership and wait in their waiting area. More
