Service manager was hollering on the phone and no parts Had knock in the engine and they said it should be towed so that happened. Called Napa and they had the plug wire right in stock just down the road from them dealership. If you don't have simple parts in stock then you are not going to keep the service doors open. I have talked to multiple people who have been over there and they will never go back. This was never like this when it was Flanders and Patch. We are thinking of trading in our Escape but now are thinking after all these years not going with a Ford. Phil Daley was service manager and was not impressed with him at all. Will never do business there again (myself or my husband)!! More
