Easy to deal with Stopped by to look at new trucks. Lots of inventory on hand! Met with David Willis for a salesperson. Did a couple test drives and had no pressure on which truck to buy. Once we decided which truck the negotiations on the trades went pretty smooth. All said and done we were out of there in just over a few hours, unlike other dealers who drag the process out for a whole day. David delivered the truck on time as promised. Even after the sale he has been very helpful with questions. Definitely worth giving them a shot! More

I assume that means i didn't pay for rotation so I do not get a complimentary brake check that is part of the " complimentary checkup form - complimentary usually means without charge......curious Paid for service went out to car Cra parked in a puddle so deep that it flooded over my shoes. The guy that parked it must have identified how deep that water was but left me vehicle there anyway ..............my show was submerged! Sticker for next oil change reflected a 3,000 mile threshold. My owners manual states oil change at 10,000 mile intervals ! my question is: Is Lebanon Ford using a substandard oil not in conformance to Ford Motor Company standards? Is Lebanon Ford unaware of the oil change recommendations of Manufacturer I am concerned about the mixed signals More
